Actually, I feel that my most important “education” was reading the TEMPO magazine in the 1990s.
However, I also went through more official kinds of education:

Also quite close to the work of a marketing researcher: courses in e.g. client-centered psychotherapy, the ‘pyramid principle’, or semiotic analysis.
